In this article authors represent an experience of treatment of medial compartment syndrome in dogs using PAUL method, which is directed to changing an axis of ulna by performing the osteotomy of its proximal segment, which in turn leads to transforming an axial load to a lateral condyle and prevent progression of degenerative changes in the elbow joint, reduce pain and improve general clinical state of a patient.В статье представлен опыт лечения синдрома медиального купе у собак методом пола, направленный на изменение оси локтевой кости путем выполнения остеотомии ее проксимального сегмента, что в свою очередь приводит к трансформации осевой нагрузки в латеральный кондиль и предотвращает прогрессирование дегенеративных изменений в локтевом...
